Users Under 13 Years of Age:

Mariko Frederick LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we become aware that a child has provided information we will make every effort to remove such information and destroy it permanently. Refund Policy:

All requests for a 30-day refund must be via email at mariko@soulpriority.com. Requests must be made on or before 30 days from purchasing applicable pre-recorded courses.

No refunds for 1:1 Coaching programs, 1:1 Astral Therapies, or group events.

30-day guarantees are only for pre-recorded coaching programs listed with a notice of "30-day guarantee" on the sales page. Allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect your statement after your refund has been confirmed by Soul Priority.
